The Gates to Transformation

The word transformation suggests change from the way things are now into something else. The Christian life is like that, the first step is our choice. We must take firm steps if we want to see transformation.

We may think that the challenges ahead are too difficult, the gate too big to push open and walk through. Yet those big old gates move because of the smallest of hinges. It’s not that we cannot open the gate, it’s often our fear of the unknown that stops us from trying.

Romans 12:2 says ‘be transformed by the renewing of your mind’, and that is so true. To take control of your future you have to take control of your thinking, push yourself to take some steps which will bring change to your future. You can do it! Just push the gates to transformation, and let those little hinges do their work.
