Failure

Failure is part of life, often seen by many around you, but understood by very few. The naysayers in life, will use your failure to condemn you, mock and insult you. You’ll find out who your friends really are when you fail at something! God however will come to you in a gentle, and encouraging way and console you and help you recover. Failure is an opportunity to learn.

Christians have the opportunity to get up, shake off the bad experience and move forward. When God believes in you, no amount of failure will stop you, no naysayer comments will hurt or deter you.

It says in Proverbs 24:16 ‘for though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again, but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes.’ (NIV) If failure has visited you recently, it’s time to pick yourself up, re-focus on God and move forward. Failure doesn’t define you.

Thank You Lord for the times You have helped me up when I have fallen in failure. Amen
