The Hidden Universe

As much we look out into space, there is a whole hidden universe within. Consider an average adult is made up of 7 octillion atoms (7 with 27 zeros after it). Its clear we don’t know enough about ourselves let alone anything else. Science still can’t explain how an atom is held together, as it’s opposing parts should destroy itself.

The wonder of creation is the vastness of our inability to explain it. Even within our body, how one system works with another to influence another. A tear influences your emotions, glands, memory; reduces your stress levels and blood pressure levels.

Romans 11:36 says ‘For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.’ (NKJV). God enabled the tapestry of our lives, from the atoms to the galaxies, it is amazing we have a personal relationship with the creator of all!

Prayer

Lord, help me realise the wonder of God’s creation; from the stars in the universe to the atoms that make me. Amen.

Action Point

Type the word Laminin into a search engine and look at the result. It’s a protein which holds us together - interestingly in the shape of a cross.
