Light Up, Light Up

Updated: Feb 17

In a world often overshadowed by darkness and despair, Christians are called to be carriers of light, illuminating their surroundings with the love and hope of Christ. Just as a single candle can pierce the densest darkness, so can our lives, when infused with faith, brighten the lives of those we encounter.

The Living Bible beautifully captures this sentiment in Matthew 5:14-16 (TLB): "You are the world’s light—a city on a hill, glowing in the night for all to see. Don’t hide your light! Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father."

As Christians, we hold this radiant mission: to light up our lives with His grace and let our actions and character be beacons for others, guiding them towards the encompassing warmth of God's love. Shine brightly, for the world needs your light!

Quote Be the light people around you who don’t know Jesus - need.

Prayer

Lord, light my heart so strong that I will be a beacon for Jesus. Amen.
