Failure

Updated: Feb 17

Failure is often viewed in such a negative light, but it really shouldn't be. It's all about how you approach it. Proverbs 24:16 (ESV) tells us, "For the righteous falls seven times and rises again, but the wicked stumble in times of calamity."

If you see failure as this enormous weight, it's like you're wearing a rucksack full of bricks, It's exhausting, and it gets you nowhere. But the wisdom of the Bible encourages us to rise again each time we fall. That's where the transformation happens. Those failures become the stepping stones that propel us forward, turning setbacks into setups for something greater.

The next time you feel bogged down by failure, remember that even the righteous fall, but they don't stay down. Use that experience to lift yourself up, learn, and launch into the next challenge. You're not defeated; just getting started. Keep your eyes on Him.

Quote View failure as a stepping stone, not a destination.

Prayer

Father, whenever I have failed, help me learn from it, I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Action Point
