Practising The Presence Of God

Updated: Feb 22

Making time each day for prayer or simply reflecting on His word can bring peace and real clarity. In our busy lives, we should set aside many more moments to focus solely on connecting with God.

Whether reading the Bible, listening to worship music, or spending quiet time in nature, these things help us stay attuned to God. When we actively seek His presence, we become more aware of His works, leading to greater faith and trust in His plans.

The Bible encourages us to seek God wholeheartedly. Jeremiah 29:13 (GNT) says, "You will seek me, and you will find me because you will seek me with all your heart." This verse is a powerful reassurance that our efforts to pursue God are never in vain. By consistently seeking His presence, we invite His peace and wisdom into our lives, transforming our daily experiences and deepening our spiritual journey.

Quote

When we pursue the presence of God, we’ll draw closer to Him.

Prayer

Lord, help me pursue your presence with all of my heart. Amen.

Action Point

Have you ever studied what it means biblically to pursue God’s presence?
