01489 - The Heart Of A Servant

Begin here. A servant heart is not measured by status. It bends low so others may be lifted, choosing humility when pride would be easier. Jesus did not claim His rights. He took the form of a servant and made love visible through action. When you follow Him, you learn that greatness looks like giving.

Now consider your ordinary moments. The unnoticed task, the quiet word of care, the willingness to listen. These are the places where a servant heart is formed. You are not performing for approval. You are responding to the love you have received. In serving others, your life becomes a reflection of Christ’s compassion and grace.

Scripture says, “Whoever would be great among you must be your servant” (Matthew 20:26 ESV). This is the way of the kingdom. As you serve, you walk in His example and carry His presence into the lives of others.
