01493 - Practice Gratitude

Gratitude does not wait for ideal conditions; it begins with what is already in your hands. It notices the breath you have, the people around you, the quiet provisions that sustain you. When you choose to give thanks in ordinary moments, your heart begins to shift.

Let gratitude become a discipline rather than a reaction. Speak it aloud, write it down, return to it throughout your day. As you practise it, you will find that your perspective changes. What once felt heavy begins to lighten. You start to see God’s hand in places you may have overlooked. Gratitude opens your eyes to His ongoing faithfulness.

Scripture says, “In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” (1 Thessalonians 5:18 NKJV). It is a posture of trust. As you give thanks, your faith grows and your heart becomes more aware of His goodness.
