01506 - The Way Of The Cross

The way of the cross is an invitation to follow Him with surrender, humility, and faith. Jesus walked the road of sacrifice so that we could discover true life. The cross reminds us that God’s power is revealed through obedience, love, and trust in Him.

To walk the way of the cross means laying down pride, selfish ambition, and the need to control everything. It calls us to forgive when it is difficult, to serve when no one notices, and to remain faithful even in hardship. The cross changes how we live because it changes who we are. Through Christ’s sacrifice, we find mercy, hope, and redemption.

Scripture says, “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must put aside your selfish ambition, shoulder your cross daily, and follow me” (Luke 9:23 TLB). The way of the cross leads beyond suffering into resurrection life and eternal glory.
