Open the book of Matthew, and you encounter a Gospel filled with movement, authority, and invitation. Matthew presents Jesus as King, Teacher, and Saviour, calling people into faith. Through every miracle, parable, and encounter, you see lives transformed by trusting Him. Faith grows when you see who Christ truly is.
Watch how people responded to Jesus throughout the Gospel. Some stepped forward boldly, while others struggled with doubt and fear. Yet again and again, Jesus called people to trust Him beyond what they could naturally understand. Matthew teaches that faith is not perfection. It is dependence on the One who holds all authority in heaven and earth.
Scripture says, “With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26 AMP). This truth runs through the whole Gospel. Faith rises when you stop focusing on limitation and begin focusing on the power and faithfulness of God.
