01542 - Stepping Out In Faith

Faith begins where comfort and certainty end. When God calls you beyond familiar surroundings into places that require courage, trust, and obedience. Stepping out in faith can feel uncomfortable because it asks you to move forward without seeing the entire path ahead. Yet God never asks you to walk alone.

Throughout Scripture, ordinary people experienced extraordinary things because they trusted God enough to take the next step. Faith is not pretending fear does not exist. It is choosing to obey God despite uncertainty. Every step of faith stretches the heart, deepens dependence upon God, and reveals His faithfulness in fresh ways.

2 Corinthians 5:7 (NIV) says, “For we live by faith, not by sight.” God calls His people to trust His promises more than their circumstances. When you step forward in faith, you create room for God’s power, provision, and guidance to become visible in your life and journey.

Lord, give me courage to trust You and step forward in faith each day. Amen.
