01544 - What Are The Hills You Climb?
Some hills are seasons of waiting, others are battles with fear, disappointment, or uncertainty. Hills are rarely easy because they stretch the heart beyond comfort and require trust in God when the path ahead is unclear. Yet these climbs often become the places where spiritual strength is formed most deeply.
Hills may feel steep and exhausting, but God does not waste the journey. Every difficult step can teach perseverance, dependence, and courage. Faith grows stronger when it continues climbing despite weariness. God often reveals His faithfulness more clearly on the mountain path than in the valley of comfort and ease.
Galatians 6:9 (MSG) says, “So let’s not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good. At the right time we will harvest a good crop if we don’t give up.” Your climb is not pointless. God sees every step of obedience and every quiet act of faithfulness along the way.
