01572 - Encourage A Pastor

How can you encourage your pastor in a meaningful way? Begin with prayer. Those who shepherd God's people often carry unseen burdens while serving faithfully. A kind conversation, a note, or quiet support can strengthen weary hearts more than you realise. Encouragement reflects Christ's love in practical ways daily.

Pastors are strengthened when churches stand beside them with faith, gratitude, and unity. Resist criticism that tears down and instead speak life, offer help, and remain faithful partners in the Gospel. Your encouragement may become the answer to a prayer they prayed before serving this very week, again ahead.

Hebrews 13:17 (NASB) says, “Obey your leaders and submit to them.” Honour faithful leadership with prayer and encouragement, knowing God works through grateful hearts to refresh those who faithfully watch over your souls and serve His Church with renewed joy and steadfast hope, inspiring others to persevere in love together always.
