Cast Your Burdens Unto Jesus

Some things were never created to carry alone. Worry, guilt, pressure, and fear can feel overwhelming. Jesus invites us to place every burden into His hands. Casting our cares to Jesus is a deliberate release of that. When we surrender our burdens to Him, we exchange heaviness for hope, confusion for clarity, and fear for peace. The Lord does not simply help us carry the load; He carries us through the storm.

Some try to manage everything in their own strength, but burdens only grow heavier when kept within. Jesus calls us to trust Him enough to let go. The moment we cast our cares on Christ, we discover that His strength is greater than our struggle and His love is deeper than our pain.

Scripture declares, “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7 NIV). His care is constant, gentle, and strong.

Lord, I give You every burden and trust Your strength more than my own. Amen.
