Coming Out Of Bondage

In life, when we feel chained by fear, regret or failure. These invisible ropes tighten, keeping us from stepping into the fullness of God’s calling. But Scripture reminds us that Christ came to set the captives free. “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery” (Galatians 5:1, NIV). Spiritual bondage can be subtle, but freedom is always possible through Jesus.
When we surrender our lives to Christ, He not only forgives us, He breaks the hold of the enemy. We are no longer defined by the past or the struggles we once carried. We are free to worship, free to love and free to become all that God intended. Let that truth sink in today.
Choose to walk in that liberty. Do not return to the chains you once left behind.
