Confession

This is not a shameful act but a freeing one. When we confess our sins to God, we are not informing Him of something He doesn’t already know. Confession breaks the silence that guilt tries to build and brings our hearts back into the light. What we keep hidden weighs us down, but what we place in God’s hands is forgiven and healed.
Confession clears the distance that sin creates and opens the door to peace. The devil wants believers to suffer in silence, but God invites us to speak honestly, knowing that mercy is always waiting. Confession humbles us, cleanses us, and strengthens our walk with Christ. The soul breathes again when it is honest before God.
Scripture teaches, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins” (1 John 1:9 NIV). Forgiveness is already prepared; sharing with God receives it.
Quote

Prayer
