Consequences

Every choice we make has a consequence. Decisions made in haste, pride, or fear often lead to paths of regret and pain. Yet even in our mistakes, God’s mercy is present, offering forgiveness and the wisdom to choose better next time. Bad decisions do not define us; they remind us of our need for God’s guidance and grace.

When we seek the Lord before acting, He aligns our hearts with His will. The Word of God becomes a lamp for our path, revealing what is right and warning us of danger ahead. Ignoring God leads to trouble, but walking in obedience brings peace and fruitfulness. Every wise decision begins with surrender.

Scripture teaches, “Trust in the Lord completely; don’t ever trust yourself. In everything you do, put God first, and he will direct you and crown your efforts with success” (Proverbs 3:5-6 TLB). Godly choices lead to lasting blessings.
