In the place of the suffering, Christ chose obedience, love, and surrender. The cross is not only a symbol of sacrifice. It is the birthplace of courage for every believer. It shows that even in the darkest moment, God’s purpose is still unfolding.
Courage shaped by the cross does not depend on feeling strong. It flows from knowing what Christ has already done. When you face fear or uncertainty, you draw strength from His victory. The same love that carried Him through suffering now carries you through your own challenges. This courage is steady, quiet, and rooted in faith.
Scripture reminds us, “After He had offered one sacrifice for sins for all time, He sat down at the right hand of God” (Hebrews 10:12 AMP). The work is complete. Because of the cross, you do not stand alone. You move forward with confidence in what has already been secured.
