Do You Binge?

We all have habits. Sometimes it is food, endless scrolling, or hours lost in distraction. These things promise comfort but often leave the soul restless. What we consume shapes what we become. If we fill our lives with noise, it becomes harder to hear the quiet voice of God calling us deeper.
There is something profoundly prophetic about choosing to feast on what truly nourishes. Worship, Scripture, and prayer are not duties but invitations. When you give yourself fully to these, even for a short time, something shifts within. Peace begins to replace anxiety, clarity rises, and your spirit becomes more aware of God’s presence. What you binge on determines the strength of your inner life.
Scripture says, “O taste and see that the Lord is good” (Psalm 34:8 KJV). God invites you to experience Him, not just observe Him. When you feed on Him, your soul is satisfied.
Quote
