Do You Have Enough Time To Argue?

Some things are not worth the time or energy to argue. In a world that thrives on outrage and division, the Christian life is called to rise above petty arguments and stand firm in peace. Every moment spent in unnecessary contention is a moment stolen from your purpose. Christ didn’t come to win arguments; He came to win hearts. We should be known not for how loud we speak, but how well we love. Time is precious—use it to build bridges, not barriers.

Paul encourages Timothy with this wisdom: “But refuse foolish and ignorant speculations, knowing that they produce quarrels.” – 2 Timothy 2:23 (NASB). This should remind us, that there is no winner in an argument.

Don’t get drawn into every disagreement. Choose instead to be a peacemaker, one who brings calm in the storm and clarity in the confusion. Let your life speak louder than your defence.
