Give The Glory Back To God

In a world that praises individual achievement, it’s easy to forget the One from whom all blessings flow. Whether we win a medal, receive a promotion, or succeed in ministry, the temptation is to bask in our own glory. Yet, Scripture reminds us that we are stewards, we are not actually the ones in charge! Every talent, open door, and answered prayer is a direct gift from God.

When King David danced before the Lord, he wasn’t showcasing himself; he was returning the glory to God with undignified joy. We, too, must live as reflectors of His light, not consumers of applause. “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31 (NIV)

Let your life be an echo of praise, not personal promotion. The glory belongs not on our shoulders but at His feet, always remember that.

Quote

All glory finds its rightful place at the foot of the cross.

Prayer

Lord, may my success always point to You. Amen.

Action Point

Today, thank God openly for one personal achievement.
