I Lift My Hands To The Coming King

Lifting our hands to the coming King is a bold and beautiful act of faith. It’s not only a sign of surrender, but of joyful expectation. We raise our hands not in defeat, but in victory—knowing that our King is faithful, present, and coming again in glory. The words of the song, “I lift my hands to the coming King,” remind us that worship lifts our hearts even higher than our hands.

Psalm 63:4 says, “So I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name” (AMP). This is a declaration of delight. We lift our hands because we know who God is—our refuge, our strength, our joy. Worship invites His presence, strengthens our spirit, and centres our soul on eternity.

Let worship shape your day—lift your hands, lift your voice, and lift your eyes and say Amen.
