It’s OK To Cry

Tears are not a sign of weakness—they’re often a sacred sign of strength. In a world that prizes stoicism, the Bible reminds us that even Jesus wept. Crying is human. It’s healing. And it’s holy. “You yourself have recorded my wanderings. Put my tears in your bottle. Are they not in your book?” (Psalm 56:8, CSV). God does not waste a single tear. He sees them. He collects them. He understands them.
We don’t need to hold it all together. Grief, stress, even joy can overwhelm the heart. But in the presence of God, our tears have meaning. They water the soil of our soul where healing begins to grow. Crying in His presence isn’t falling apart—it’s falling into grace.
So, if the tears come today, let them fall. You are not alone. Heaven sees, and heaven cares. Remember tears don’t confirm weakness, yet, they build strength.
Quote
Tears speak when words fall silent.
Prayer
Father, thank You for holding my heart and catching every tear. Amen.
