Keep Your Faith

The last words of St David were profound: ‘Be joyful, keep the faith, and do the little things’. To keep the faith is to hold firmly to Christ no matter the season. It is to guard the flame of belief when winds of doubt blow and to trust God’s goodness even when the path is unclear. Faith is not maintained by strength but by daily surrender to the One who holds us.
Keeping the faith means living faithfully in the small things. St David understood that holiness is often expressed in quiet obedience. God honours the simple acts of love, the hidden prayers, and the moments of quiet devotion. These little things become pillars that strengthen the soul and shape a faithful life.
Scripture declares, “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life” (1 Timothy 6:12 NKJV). Keeping the faith is a lifelong pursuit of Christ.
