Lost In My Own Thoughts

It’s easy to get lost in your own thoughts—wandering through worries, regrets, and endless what-ifs. Our minds can sometimes become a maze without an exit. But God calls us not to be trapped by our thoughts but to renew them by His truth. When we feel overwhelmed inside, He offers a steady hand to lead us back to peace. It’s a peace in life which only God can provide us.
Romans 12:2 says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will” (NIV). A mind anchored in Christ finds clarity even in chaos.
Don’t live stuck in spirals of doubt. Lift your thoughts to God. His Word is the map that leads you home to a place of true peace.
