My Happy Dance

We all have something that stirs a happy dance in our soul—moments of breakthrough, unexpected provision, or the quiet joy of knowing we are loved by God. Rejoicing isn’t about ignoring life’s trials; it’s about recognising that even in the storm, we have a reason to celebrate. The Christian life is not void of joy—it’s rooted in it. Our joy isn’t built on circumstances, but on the goodness of God.
Psalm 30:11 says, “Then he turned my sorrow into joy! He took away my clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy” (TLB). God is the only one who can turn our mourning into dancing. He gives us joy that the world can’t take away. Whether it’s answered prayer or peace in the waiting, rejoice—it honours God and strengthens you.
So, what’s your reason to dance today? Don’t be embarrassed focus on your love for Jesus.
Quote
Joy is heaven’s rhythm in your heart.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for the joy You’ve placed in my life—teach me to rejoice in every season. Amen.
Action Point
Pause today and thank God aloud for one reason to rejoice.
