Never Be Afraid To Cry

Crying is not a sign of weakness, not at all. It is often the language of a heart that is still alive and still trusting. Tears appear when words often fail, when strength runs out, and when love goes deep without explanation. God is not unsettled by your tears. He welcomes them as honest prayer.
There is something prophetic about allowing yourself to cry before God. Tears soften what pride hardens and release what fear traps inside. When you stop pretending to be strong, God meets you with real comfort. Crying becomes a doorway where healing begins, and faith breathes again.
Scripture speaks gently to this truth: “The Lord is close to those whose hearts are breaking; he rescues those who are humbly sorry for their sins” (Psalm 34:18 TLB). God draws near to tearful hearts. What you release in tears, He gathers with care and turns into strength.
Quote
Tears are not the end of faith; they are often the start of it.
Prayer
Lord, meet me in my tears and restore my heart with Your comfort. Amen.
Action Point
Allow yourself today to be honest with God about what hurts.
