Strength In The Storm

Storms come in many forms. They can shake confidence and leave you searching for stability. Yet faith does not begin when the storm ends. It begins when you choose to trust God in the middle of it. Strength is not found in avoiding the storm, but in discovering God within it.

You should always try to stand firm in the storm. When you anchor your heart in God, you are not carried away by fear. His presence becomes your refuge and strength. Even when the waves seem overwhelming, He is steady and unchanging. In that place, you begin to see that the storm does not have the final word.

Scripture reminds us, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble” (Psalm 46:1 NIV). This is not distant help. It is immediate and faithful. God meets you in the storm and gives you strength to endure.
