Stress

Stress is seldom derived from one place. Often it is a combination of worry, unmet expectations, pressure and the noise of our own overthinking. Life’s demands can feel overwhelming, but Scripture gently redirects us: “Leave all your worries with him, because he cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7, GNT). In simple words, we find not just relief but a strategy—entrust the pressure to the One who is strong enough to carry it.

Jesus never promised a life without challenge, but He did promise rest for the weary. Overcoming stress is not about achieving perfect circumstances; it is about finding peace in the presence of God. When we surrender our battles to Him, we stop writing anxious scripts and begin reading His story of grace.

Let us turn the pages of our day with prayerful confidence, knowing He has already authored a better ending. Your peace is His priority.

Quote
