Take Deep Breaths

When everything feels like too much—decisions pile up, emotions swirl, and the pressure to keep going becomes overwhelming. In those moments, take a deep breath. Not just a physical one, but a spiritual inhale of God’s peace. “Then Jesus said, ‘Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.’” (Matthew 11:28, NLT). His invitation still stands today.
When life is loud and wild, slowing down isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom. A deep breath helps us pause, pray, and re-centre ourselves in God’s strength. It reminds us that we are not alone, and that His Spirit is as close as our next breath.
You don’t need to have all the answers today. Just breathe in grace and breathe out trust—God will carry you through. This might be a friend who is going through this, help them take a breath.
Quote

Prayer
Lord, when I’m weary, help me breathe in Your peace. Amen.
