The Tomb Was At Work

Between the cross and the resurrection was a silence that shook the earth. As Jesus lay in the tomb, the world held its breath. To His followers, it seemed like hope had died—but Heaven was not finished. In those unseen hours, victory was being written. Hell trembled, death was disarmed, and sin lost its power. What looked like an end was the greatest beginning.
Matthew 28:6 declares, “He is not here, for He has risen, just as He said. Come, see the place where He was lying” (NASB). The tomb was only temporary. Jesus rose in power, fulfilling every promise and offering us eternal life. The stone wasn’t just rolled away—it marked the moment everything changed.
Jesus was hidden, we couldn’t see His Spiritual work, but it was happening, He was conquering sin. Never forget: silence doesn’t mean absence. God is always working, even in the waiting.
