Tides

Just as the tides rise and fall with faithful rhythm because of the moons gravity, so too do the seasons of life. Some moments surge with joy and momentum; others recede into stillness and struggle. Yet, through every ebb and flow, God remains our steadfast anchor. “You rule over the surging sea; when its waves mount up, you still them.” (Psalm 89:9, NIV). He is not surprised by the storms or the still waters—they are all under His sovereign hand.
Our confidence doesn’t come from controlling the tides but trusting the One who does. In life’s rising uncertainties or the retreat of familiar comforts, we cling to the unchanging character of Christ. His Word steadies us like a lighthouse in the night.
Let your faith be like the shoreline—weathered yet unwavering. Whatever the tide brings, God is with you, and He is more constant than the sea.
Quote
The tide may change, but God remains.
Prayer
Lord, help me to trust You through every tide. Amen.
