Wait On The Lord

Waiting on the Lord is an act of faith that trusts God’s timing more than our own urgency. In waiting, our strength is renewed, our character is shaped, and our hope is anchored. When answers seem delayed, God is still at work. He is never late, never careless, and never unaware of what we need. The waiting season becomes a classroom where our faith learns endurance and our hearts learn surrender.
Many rush ahead because waiting feels uncomfortable. Yet every time we wait on God, we trade anxiety for peace. We learn to listen more carefully, to pray more deeply, and to rest more fully in His promises. What is birthed in prayerful waiting often grows stronger than what is born in haste.
Scripture declares, “Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart” (Psalm 27:14 NKJV). Strength rises when we wait in faith.
Quote
Waiting is trusting in motion.
Prayer
Lord, teach me to wait with faith, confidence, and peace in Your perfect timing. Amen.
Action Point
Instead of rushing a decision today, pause and seek God before moving forward.
