01617 - The Faith Journey Of Chris Tomlin

A young Chris Tomlin once sensed God calling him during worship and offered his whole life in response. He could not have imagined how far that surrender would travel. What began with a willing heart and simple songs became a ministry helping countless people lift their voices to Jesus.

His journey reminds us that worship is not about a stage, a microphone, or applause. It is about seeing God's greatness and responding with obedience. Tomlin has spoken of learning to live a life shaped by worship, not merely singing songs. That invitation belongs to every faithful, willing believer.

Psalm 96:1 (GNT) says, “Sing a new song to the Lord!” The psalm calls all the earth to praise, not just gifted musicians. Your ordinary life can become an offering of thanksgiving. Give God your voice, your work, your future. A surrendered heart can carry His glory further than you imagine.

Quote

A surrendered heart can become an instrument through which generations encounter the greatness of God.

Prayer

Lord, give me a heart of worship and the courage to surrender every gift, opportunity, and ambition to Your glory. Amen.
