Sorrow

Sorrow visits everyone at some point in life—through loss, disappointment, or seasons of silence. Yet, Scripture reminds us that sorrow is not the end of the story. “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” (Psalm 30:5b, NKJV). This offers not only hope, but a heavenly timeline—one in which sorrow has an expiry date, and joy is on its way.
God does not waste our sorrow. He meets us in it, shapes us through it, and carries us beyond it. We are not abandoned in our grief; rather, we are drawn closer to the heart of a Saviour who Himself wept and understands our pain. In sorrow, our faith finds its roots and our hope begins to blossom.
If your heart is heavy, know that God is near. In time, He will turn your mourning into dancing and replace the ashes with beauty.
Quote
God sees every tear as a seed of coming joy.
Prayer
Father, carry me through sorrow into Your joy. Amen.
