Ever noticed how much better you feel after a good ‘natter’ with a friend as you aimlessly follow wherever the conversation leads? When you do this, endorphins are released in your brain, which help you feel happy and peaceful. Always make sure you have friends around you, that know you and who you can trust! Conversation also stimulates your memory, and sets the days and weeks ahead of you on a more positive direction. We basically need conversation to have a fulfilled life.
